Test criteria.

Based on measurements with the Hohenstein skin model according to DIN EN ISO 11092, material-specific water vapor resistance (breathability) is tested along with water vapor absorption and desorption. The measured values are classified using an evaluation system to characterize the thermophysiological properties of the mattress.

The overall assessment of the values can be rated as ‘very good’, ‘good’ and ‘unsatisfactory’.
